Rock Cobble Farm is located in South Kent where it cultivates heirloom varieties of 350 vegetables, fruits, and flowers for Ore Hill & Swyft's exclusive use. As an integral part of the Kent community, RCF offers produce from its fertile fields and quality beef from its heritage breed Randall Lineback cattle. The creamery produces specialty cheeses using natural preservation techniques, allowing the milk to speak for itself.

Each season our farmers, botanists, and cheesemakers work with the team at Ore Hill & Swyft to create dishes and cocktails that push the boundaries of traditional palates.
